- We collect information via our online shop for billing and delivery, for mock exam and course bookings and our enquiry forms.
- We require customers to provide us with name, sometimes organisation name, billing address and email address. Your telephone number and a secondary delivery name and address may also be provided but this is not mandatory. We also record the details of your order but please note that your credit card details are not recorded, although they will be provided to our payment provider.
- We will also request the name of your child(ren) and date of birth in order to provide tuition and mock exam services.
- If you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address and email address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.
- We may use cookies for the purposes of collecting statistics on site visitors and determining the level of repeat visitors. These help us develop the design and layout of the website. These cookies are not personally identifiable - see further details below.
- Cookies are also used in the order process: A session-based cookie is used for the basket products, which is usually deleted when you close your browser.
What is the legal basis for the data collection?

Do we share the information we collect?
ElevenPlusExams does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Eleven PlusExams does not provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to any third-party vendors.
- We use our best endeavours to ensure that each mock exam proceeds on the scheduled day. However, we reserve the right to cancel a mock exam session due to circumstances beyond our control or for any other reason whatsoever. In this event, our liability will be limited to the amount you have paid. A full refund will be made in the event of any cancellation made by us.
- We exclude liability for damages for any claims in law including contract, negligence, tort or statute or otherwise.
What about "cookies"?

How do we protect and store your information?
As required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
